It is not common that errors are made, however, in the unlikely event that an error is made or your apparel is damaged, you will be notified via email/phone, you may choose to bring in an additional item that we will embroider/print at no cost, and in some instances we may be able to work with you on a similar replacement from our apparel supplier at low cost to you, however we are unable to replace brand name apparel. I have read and understand these terms and accept the risks associated with customer supplied apparel.
