We are here to help and share our vast knowledge with you so that ordering your apparel is simple, easy and FUN!

Our minimum for screen printing shirts is 12 items, however, if you need fewer, our DTG process is perfect for as few as one! Some designs may have larger minimums based on the number of colors, however our team can help guide you through the process and choose the best process for your needs. 

Yes, we have a graphic designer on staff. Design services start at $25 depending on your needs. 

We also offer stand-alone graphic design services if you are just in need of a logo for your business with or without apparel! This service starts at $100 and includes the high resolution files with unlimited usage rights. 

Yes, you can! We do request that customer supplied apparel be clean, dry and free of any detergents/smells as our machines can interact with fragrances in a not-so-nice way. And if you can remove any packaging/tags ahead of time, this helps our team focus on printing and less on handling. 

We will also have you sign a waiver when you drop off your apparel. While it is very rare, in the unfortunate and unlikely event that your apparel is damaged, we will do our best to replace it with the closest match available from our apparel supplier.

Sometimes. Because online apps like Canva use royalty free clip art, not all graphics are high quality which may not work. Our team does subscribe to the Pro-version so that we can assist customers with downloading the best possible files; so if you have created your file in Canva, we may ask you to share it with us. 

It is always best to have a professional designer create your logos/designs as they will create a one-of-a-kind design that isn’t available to anyone else. Our designer (or another professional) will be able to create high resolution files that are acceptable for printing even the finest details.

As long as we can get the apparel and design in time, yes! Our rush services start at $25 for delivery in 2 weeks or less.

We currently offer puff, metallic, and various glitter inks. We also offer custom PMS match ink for $25 per color. 

We have a vast array of font choices for you to choose from. Ask our customer service specialist to see the options. We can also email them to you if you can’t stop in person!

  • DTF - best for small orders when DTG printing isn’t an option

We do! We can ship your order anywhere in the United States. Flat rate shipping starts at $8.

Our Canandaigua location is open M-F 9am-4pm. Our Gates location is open M/W/F 10am-4pm & Tu/Th 10am-5pm.

We do! We have a wide variety of styles/sizes in both of our showrooms (in Canandaigua and Gates), but if there is something you don’t see, ask us. Sometimes we are able to get additional samples for you!
