Direct to Garment (DTG)

Embroidery
Screen Printing
Screen Printing uses screens that are processed in a dark room for each color of your design. Once processed, each screen is carefully aligned on a multi-head platen. Our professional screen printers then add special ink to each screen and rotate the apparel on the press to add each layer, creating a one-of-a-kind design. The special inks are then heat set to create permanent designs that can be washed again and again!
Direct to Garment (DTG)
Direct to Garment printing (or DTG for short) is perfect for small orders or designs with multiple colors and shading. Each item of apparel is hand loaded into our DTG machine and then the design is printed directly into the fibers of the garment. The result has a lightweight feel and will last the lifetime of the apparel! This process allows us to offer no minimums!
Embroidery
Embroidery is the perfect way to customize apparel that can’t be printed, such as baseball caps, beanies, blankets, backpacks, and more! Each design is specially created to account for every stitch and then carefully aligned and placed into our multi-head embroidery machine. Our embroidery specialist then selects the perfect threads and carefully produces your custom apparel!
