Screen Printing
Step by step process

Screen Printing is a specialized process that is perfect for bulk orders of 12 or more items with up to 7 different colors. To print your logo or graphic, our highly skilled team uses a series of preparations to create your custom apparel.
In the first step, our graphic designer takes your design through a series of programs to separate each color. She then prepares that same number of films (like a clear transparency sheet from old school projectors) by printing each color of your design in solid black.
- Team of skilled professionals
- State-of-the-art equipment
- Attention to detail
Creating Your Image
Those films are then taken into our specialized dark room where our team exposes those films onto screens. Each film is aligned onto various screens that have been hand stretched over metal frames and are coated with a light sensitive emulsion. The screens are then exposed in our sophisticated light box which permanently sets the emulsion around your graphic. After exposing the image, high powered water is used to release the emulsion from your image.

Precision Printing
From there, our expert screen printers take each screen and line them up with detailed precision on our state-of-the-art Anatol Auto Screen Print machine. Choosing the order to print each color of your design and aligning them perfectly takes years of expert knowledge and training to ensure your final result is perfect. Once our screen printer has each screen aligned using a series of lasers, he then adds specialty inks to each screen along with a flood bar and squeegee to push and pull the ink through each screen onto your apparel. From there, a test print is run through to ensure immaculate printing and any fine tune adjustments are made.
The Final Result
Finally, the magic happens! Your apparel is loaded one by one and our screen printer sets in motion a carefully selected set of automations where each shirt will be printed in succession at each of up to 10 stations on its complete rotation. Once the apparel reaches the 10th station, it is removed and sent through our massive gas powered dryer where the ink is slowly heat-set to ensure the smoothest and longest lasting print!
