Embroidery is the perfect option to add a luxurious look to your apparel. It is also the best option for many various styles such as baseball caps, winter hats, jackets, towels, blankets, and more.
To create your embroidery file, our team of experts first takes your logo or design and sends it off to a specialized partner who carefully separates your design into a series of stitches that will guide our embroiderer and machines to perfectly create your logo with thread. This process is called digitizing.

Embroidery
Once your digitized logo is created, our embroiderer will custom match each color of your logo to our vast collection of threads, and set up each one on the machine to be matched to each stitch of your logo. From there, she will “hoop” your apparel using a standardized grid which will not only hold the garment at the appropriate tension for embroidering, but ensures the logo is perfectly centered and aligned using industry standards.
Attention to Detail
After hooping the apparel, she will carefully place the hoop into the machine, locking it into place, before starting the machine to embroider. While your garment is being embroidered, our embroidery specialist monitors for speed, tension, and overall quality of the design, adjusting as needed throughout the process.
Once the embroidery is complete, she will carefully remove the garment and hand cut the backing to ensure a comfortable feel on the skin and also snips any of the thread ends to leave your logo looking the absolute best and ready for wear!
